Disclaimer of liability: Whilst we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct as possible, Lind jewellery-design makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such material is therefore strictly at your own risk.

 

General Terms.

 

Lind jewellery design is owned and operated by Peter Lind Jeweller Pty Ltd. (ABN: 082 795 597)

By using the words such as 'us', 'our' or ''we' is reference to 'Lind jewellery-design.'

Payment.

 

All orders are payable in Australian Dollars (AU$) including GST (Goods Service Tax.) 

GST will be deducted from the final purchase price for international purchases.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal payments. 

Lind jewellery-design does not accept Afterpay payments.

All products remain the property of Lind jewellery-design until the full payment for your order is received.

Once full payment is received, you will then own the product.

All risks in the products passes on delivery. Pursuant to these terms and conditions, delivery is deemed to take place upon acceptance of the product at the place of delivery, as evidenced by your signature, or the signature of another adult and the signing for the product.

Coupons and Vouchers. 

Lind jewellery-design offers a coupon of  '10% off'  to all new subscribers. 

This coupon is valid on all current and upcoming products. (Valid for one use only.)

We will be offering a wide range of exclusive offers, discounts and coupons to all new customers and subscribers as we continue.

Returns.

 

Products that have been purchased from Lind jewellery-design may be exchanged or returned for a credit within 30 days of the delivery.

Please note that all products that are returned are subjected to our quality assurance inspection process.

Any products showing signs of use and wear and tear will not be accepted.

Credit will only be available for six months after the date of return.

If the new purchase is greater in value than the product to be exchanged, you will be charged the difference. If the exchanged product is lower in value, you will receive a store credit for the difference.

 

 

 

Production Times.

 

Please note that Lind jewellery-design is only a small manufacturing, retail business and our products are 'made to order.' 

This means that our products are uniquely handmade/handcrafted and made especially for you with care. 

Production times are generally around 2 - 3 weeks. 

Therefore, you should only use the turnaround time as an approximate guide and note that these times are subjected to change or delay without warning. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately with an approximate time frame of completion. 

If you need your product before a specific date, please contact us and we will let you know if this can be arranged. 

We do apologise for any inconvenience that this may eventually cause.

 

Shipping.

 

Lind jewellery-design offers free shipping on Australian purchases.

 

Australia Shipping

Australian domestic orders are sent by express post via Australia Post.

You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au.

Please allow for 3-10 business working days.

Orders cannot be processed on public holidays. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or public holidays.

An adult’s signature is required upon delivery.

(Please note that the shipping times does not include production times.)

 

International Shipping:

Due to covid-19 and government restrictions, we are not currently shipping internationally at this stage until further notice.

We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be continuously monitoring of any improvements and will keep you informed of any changes.
